Well the war thing is good maybe each race has a special academy instead of good and evil. It would be like Sky High even if you were going to become Evil or Good you could still attend the academy.

Universal Academy works. Races that attend, Androids, Humans, Saiyans, Majins/Demons, Namekians, and other races from the series.

No it wouldn't. I was gonna have the big war break out because of whats happening at this saga and then each planet would break out in war. Training there races to get stronger by starting academys.
